§ ABOUT

Bahamian software,
descended from HFS.

Yatlas Ltd. is a Bahamian software company building the operating layer for the country's working maritime economy — captains, marina operators, charter operators, MSME suppliers, and (strategically) port authorities. Built in Nassau, in coordination with the harbours that work the water.

§ LINEAGE

Descended from High Functioning Solutions

HFS Ltd. was incorporated in 2022 as a Bahamian software company building tools for the regulated economy — payroll, clinical records, government workflows. Yatlas Ltd. was incorporated in 2024 in Nassau as the maritime extension.

The navy foundation, the circular crest construction, the motto structure — all inherited from the HFS identity and honored. Yatlas is an admiralty-grade extension of the HFS crest tradition, not a standalone mark.

This is also why every interface here looks like a chart office, not a marketing agency. The parent company makes software for institutions; we apply the same standard to Bahamian waters.

§ PRINCIPLES

Four rules, held longer

§ 01

Chart, not brochure.

Sober, precise, working-maritime. Marketing chrome belongs on landing pages we don't build.

§ 02

Cool only.

Navy, silver, chart cyan, signal teal. No yellow + navy. No green + red. No tropical tropes.

§ 03

One serif, two sans.

Cinzel for the wordmark. Fraunces italic for editorial emphasis. Plus Jakarta Sans + IBM Plex Mono for everything else.

§ 04

Descended from HFS.

Yatlas inherits the High Functioning Solutions navy foundation, circular crest, and motto structure. Not a standalone identity.

§ BUILT FOR THE BAHAMAS
